Field Homes Limited was formed in 2002 by Adrian Field. Adrian has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the house building industry gained over a 30 year period, achieving senior managerial positions with regional and national house builders.

Field Homes Limited specialises in the conversion of stone built farm buildings and barns, and the renovation and updating of farmhouses.

The ethos of the Company is to provide a high quality product, built by a professional team, all to the customer’s satisfaction. From concept to completion each property is carefully planned and constructed to exacting standards. Wherever possible the customer is involved in the property’s design and fitting out, ensuring their dreams of their ideal home can be achieved. Caring for the customer, from the first meeting to the hand-over of the property and beyond is a cornerstone of the Company’s success.

The Company has a number of completed properties throughout Northumberland and Durham which are situated in the very best of locations.

Developments are currently being carried out at Pigdon Grange, Pigdon near Morpeth and Buteland Heights, Redesmouth, Near Bellingham.

The conversion of redundant farm buildings ensures that quality buildings, built by craftsmen in years gone by, can be brought back to life and turned into superb residential properties in fabulous surroundings.
